What You Will Do: Lead the full lifecycle of large scale €2M–€4M+ controls projects within mission critical data centre environments Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and specialist vendors Develop, manage, and deliver detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk plans Oversee commercial performance including forecasting, P&L responsibility, and margin protection Ensure all works comply with CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and client specifications Collaborate with main contractors, design consultants, and stakeholder groups to drive successful outcomes Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple active sites Provide transparent, timely project reporting to seni...
