Classification Title: STU-AST-NON-CLERICAL & ADMIN Classification Minimum Requirements: This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week. - Interest in outdoor recreation, customer service, and campus involvement. - Reliable transportation to get to Lake Wauburg North Shore - Successfully complete a Lifeguard Try-Out (pre-employment water test) - Must hold a current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid Certification by start date. - Availability to work two shifts per week during operating hours, including weekday, weekend, and over academic breaks. - Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and in-services - Attend mandatory training. - Complete and maintain UF online certifications GET803, OOC101, PRV802, ITT102, GET811 Job Description: RecSports Team Member Responsibilities - Develop professional relationships with co-workers, participants, and guests. - Uphold and exceed the expectations of the Cornerstones of RecSports Service: accountability, anti...
