Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Job description

The Facility Maintenance Mechanic performs general and HVAC maintenance and repair duties requiring a variety of industrial and facility maintenance skills, assists electricians with electrical/low-voltage work, and responds to tenant requests in such a manner as to ensure optimal customer relations. Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour pay rate (US Dollars) The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
