Location: Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: The Director of Finance Partnering will support strategic and operational financial leadership for specific Entities and/or Institutes of Geisinger Health. This position is actively involved in development of the operating and capital forecasts, the long-range financial model, business plan financial models, monthly operating reviews, financial improvement initiatives, promotion of financial and operational benchmarking, and assures compliance with financial standards and procedures. This role is responsible to develop high performing team by coordinating efforts of assigned Senior Finance and Finance Partners. Job Duties: On-Site at Geisinger Medical Center - Danville, PA for training period and then minimum 1 day per week Work is typically performed in an office environment.
