Benefits: SUMMARY The Crew Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the management team in the daily operations of the theater. The duties of a Supervisor include shift management, training employees, handling guest complaints, shift deposits, and completing nightly closing paperwork and duties. This position carries building keys and may be responsible for opening and closing the building.
