Job description

SMX is seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based solutions in support of a federal law enforcement client. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, developers, and program stakeholders to architect cloud solutions that align with mission and business requirements. This role will focus on AWS GovCloud services, cloud security best practices, and the integration of cloud-native capabilities into enterprise data and analytics platforms. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work four days a week at a client’s office in Washington, D.C. An active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
