Job Description About the role: We’re seeking a proven Clinical Team Leader to help build a team and guide our clinical employees across Melbourne. This is a dynamic, full-time role focused on mentoring, risk management and clinical oversight, without hands-on care delivery. The key will be to provide clinical advice and guidance to internal stakeholders across our Operations teams. You will work remotely, with occasional travel to our Notting Hill office to support onboarding, training and team development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, is proactive and brings a clinical lens to strategic decision-making. In this role you will: This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9 am - 5pm with work from home options available.
