You partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, advise them throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and compliant hiring approach across all countries. The role combines hands-on recruitment with strategic responsibility for the conceptual development and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition setup in Europe, in close collaboration with the Global TA Manager and the VP HR Europe.
