About the Team: AeroTEC’s Program Management Office (PMO) is primarily involved in developing the strategy for, and managing the execution of all projects AeroTEC works on. PMO Division is responsible for taking direction and inputs from our customers, developing program strategy and work plans (schedules, budgets, resource and task management, and customer communication), creating the road map for the AeroTEC team to follow to meet customer goals.
