This is not a Cybersecurity Position! Control Risks is looking for dedicated Junior GSOC Operators to join a strong GSOC program for a global technology company. The Junior Operators will play an essential role in safeguarding our client's onsite assets and employees by providing alarm monitoring capabilities. This position will help cover 24/7/365 on a 4x12 shift schedule. This will require the candidate to work 4 days on of 12 hour shifts, followed by 4 days off. This role will cover both night and day shifts on a rotational schedule. - Monitor various security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential threats swiftly. - Conduct real-time assessments of incidents and coordinate the appropriate response with internal and external stakeholders. - Document all incidents thoroughly, including actions taken and the outcome, for future reference and analysis. - Support the execution of security protocols and procedures as directed by leadership to maintain a safe environment. - Engage in regular training to uphold knowledge of security trends, technologies, and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enha...
