Work Flexibility: Hybrid ICM Finance Manager - Italy: Purpose of the role: Maintains overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of Indirect Channels for Italy. Builds and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases and industry analyses to develop best practices. The incumbent is expected to provide financial analysis and implement recommendations based on these findings. Works closely with Indirect Channel Management (ICM) team to ensure discipline and rigor around Stryker’s indirect channel lifecycle management process, with a specific focus on setting commensurate Indirect Channel compensation, Fair Market Values and books & records of the Indirect Channels. Assess profitability and determine ideal indirect channel portfolio. This role reports to Finance Director SE.
