Enea is looking for an experienced Technical Writer who brings a strong track record of creating clear, high-quality documentation for technical software products. The role suits someone with a solid understanding of telecommunications infrastructure fundamentals and confidence in explaining complex, carrier-grade solutions used in live mobile networks. Experience in an engineering or technical role, combined with a transition into technical documentation, would be an advantage. Role and Key Responsibilities: This role focuses on producing clear, accurate, and customer-ready documentation that supports understanding of our products, their features, and their deployment and integration within Mobile Network Operator (MNO) and Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) environments. The role works closely with product management and engineering teams, and incorporates feedback from customer-facing teams to continuously improve documentation.
