Located an hour north of Philadelphia in the Lehigh Valley, it is recognized as a Top Platinum Club of America. The club has hosted eight USGA events and is notable for being the first club to host three U.S. Senior Open Championships (in 1992, 2000, and 2022). Additionally, Saucon Valley Country Club has been selected to host five more future USGA events, starting with the upcoming 2026 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship. Immediately following this championship, the club will begin constructing a new practice facility designed by Andrew Green. This facility will feature a double ended tee, an extensive short-game practice area, and an enclosed performance center. At the same time, a state-of-the-art Rain Bird irrigation system will be installed encompassing all 60 holes.
