You combine hospitality with administrative accuracy and ensure that every guest feels safe and welcome at night. You work independently and are responsible for both the front office and the back office during the night shift. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?: Check guests in and out professionally; Be the point of contact for questions during the night, both by phone and in person; Ensure safety and order in and around the hotel; Prepare and process administrative and financial reports; Report any unusual occurrences to the morning shift; Support colleagues where necessary (e.g., room service, lobby presentation).
