Job Description Summary: - The Plant Industrial Engineer is part of the Plant Lean Operations Group. This person is tasked with the analytics and industrialization management at the plant level, as well as managing the plant’s capacity mapping, layout development, automation roadmap and OEE management. - A successful candidate will be able to manage the site requirements, interface with multiple central teams including industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, sourcing, and lean, and to deliver to an industrial timeline and budget targets as well as analyze data that is utilized in understanding the site bowler metrics. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop competency in wide range of Industrial Engineering Methods and Lean tools , and coaches associates in the use and implementation of Lean principles. - Work on Plant Analytics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), DLP (Direct Labor Productivity), Machine Capacity and Mapping, and analyze other plant data as needed. - Improves workflow by studying process flow charts, recommending modifications in workflow and workstations, and developing new procedures. - Develop and manage the industrial projec...
