SUMMARY: Provide an observable deterrent to criminal activity within their span of control. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide designated escort activities relative to the protection of patron, employee, and Hoosier Park property. Observe, and report, violations relative to regulatory, internal control, or company-sponsored policies and procedures. Provide professional interaction and cooperation with internal (various departments) and external (law enforcement agencies) relative to their span of control. Provide written documentation of incidents and events, observed or reported, upon request. Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, internal control, and company-sponsored, policies and procedures. Provide an informational resource for patrons and employees relative to locations and activities scheduled on the property. Assume a leadership role in employee and guest relations, and professional appearance.
