Lead Maintenance Engineer (M&E) 📍 London 🏢 Pareto FM 🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday 📞 On-Call: Yes (1 in 8 rota, post-probation) 💰 £200 weekly standby allowance + overtime rates We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of maintenance delivery across a key client site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance — while supporting and developing a small on-site engineering team. If you’re technically strong, confident leading others, and thrive in a structured but fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior engineering position.
