What You’ll Do: Sales strategy : Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies - tracking pipeline health and driving accountability to keep revenue growth on track. Operational excellence : Analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable solutions - then own the implementation across Sales, Tech, and Operations without needing a brief to get started. Cross-functional coordination : Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, and leadership - unblocking teams, driving change, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
