General Job Description: The Tool Crib Manager is responsible for successfully managing all tool crib inventory levels and its supporting staff to ensure fulfillment of all tool and hardware requests. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Effectively manage workload of assigned reports. - Exhibit responsible inventory management of tools, equipment, hardware, and consumables, only ordering restock as needed to meet business needs. - Ensures the proper use and implementation of internal processes for all tool crib functions and related business units. - Partner with ACCO Purchasing to ensure the use of one of the primary vendors and confirm their preferred status when ordering tools and hardware, use the second primary vendor to fill any back orders. - Support shipping/receiving as needed to help store and ship equipment to various sites - Coordinate with local construction operations departments for combine deliveries and pick-ups. - Maintains a well-organized tool crib by labeling stock shelves with minimum and maximum “just-in time” inventory quantities. - Ensure all tools are stored in their proper locations and laydown areas for bigger tools, (ladders, lifts, carts, etc.) are...
