Join Strategic Transactions Legal to help bring household-name partnerships to life across Consumer & Community Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, and the Private Bank. You’ll lead drafting and negotiation of complex strategic agreements—from payment network and co-brand card partnerships to card benefits, marketing arrangements, and digital integrations. Working side-by-side with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver clear, commercially pragmatic advice at pace and from the earliest stages of deal strategy. This role offers meaningful visibility, broad collaboration across the Legal department, and the opportunity to shape new customer benefits and go-to-market relationships. As a Strategic Transactions Attorney in the Strategic Transactions Legal team, you will provide legal counsel on a variety of strategic deals across the bank's Consumer and Community Banking, Asset Wealth Management and Private Bank lines of business.
