Job description

Location: Auburn, NH, onsite The Summer Intern – Process Documentation & Helpdesk Support assists with documenting internal processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures and provides light helpdesk support. This role partners with team members to gather information, improve documentation quality, and support day-to-day technology and operations needs. This position reports to the IT Operations Manager.
