Market Intelligence & Strategy Become the go-to expert on European market structures and competitor moves. Conduct deep-dive Car Parc analyses to identify growth opportunities. Actively participate in shaping the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) and Yearly Budget guidelines and support BUs for local implementation. 2. Portfolio & Range Excellence Master the Product Life Cycle (PLC): from initial launch to phase-out. Create sales pitches tailored to different European markets to support business acquisition. Lead "Corrective Action Plans" (CAP) and support divisions in landing "Big Fish" (major key accounts). 3. Launch & Promotion Powerhouse Prepare the launch of New Product with full data packages (TecDoc, OE cross-lists and communication materials). Animate the...
