Introduction Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is seeking an experienced, high-performing Financial Services professional to join our leadership team as a Financial Services Advisor. This role is designed for a seasoned F&I expert who thrives in a high volume, performance driven environment and is confident managing complex deals, maximizing profitability, and delivering a premium customer experience consistent with a leading Toyota dealership. You are a proven professional who understands how to balance compliance, customer trust, lender relationships, and strong finance penetration performance while maintaining exceptional CSI standards. This is not an entry-level or training-focused role. We are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately at a high level. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. This role reports to the General Sales Manager of the dealership.
