JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Operations, Student Financial Services will oversee operations staff and monitor delivery of aid and system integrity. This role also assists with setting vision and goals within operations and the department. The Assistant Director also performs reconciliations and data analysis. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborates with department leadership to set vision and goals for operations staff; identifies priorities and creates methods for accessing and using data available through university software and other resources Collaborates with department leadership to determine system enhancements; monitors system integrity and quality control; participates in the testing and implementation of student information systems related to all student financial transactions and sources; makes recommendations of policy changes and pr...
