Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist PRN/Casua l to join our team in Wichita, KS. Work Schedule : This is a casual/per diem position, hours will be as needed. Start and end times will vary on from Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, and weekends. Job Responsibilities: - Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups - Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. - Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner - Process billing information and collect payments when required - Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis - Maintain patient and specimen information logs - Provide superior customer service to all patients - Administrative and clerical duties as necessary - Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: - Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist Additional Job Standards: At LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
