The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations. This role has a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and fragrance industry, competitive drive, and confidence to excel in a fast-paced commission environment. This is an hourly position. What you will do: Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.
