Role: Systems Engineering Project Manager Job Description: Fortinet is seeking a Project Manager within the Systems Engineering department to drive the adoption of Fortinet’s value-added services, ensure the appropriate quality of Fortinet’s support services, and manage escalation issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders involved in strategic projects. This hybrid role combines relational skills with structured project leadership, ensuring customer requirements are translated into actionable engineering work and delivered effectively. Responsibilities: Supports the services pre-sales phase, cooperating with Sales and Systems Engineering teams to define project scope, time and effort estimates, required resource skills, and delivery approach, assisting in the definition of project success criteria and objectives during the preparation of technical proposals and Statement of Work document. Set-up adapted project governance, deliver project status reports for internal stakeholders and documentation to support project governance and decision-making.
