About the Role: Osano is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of a high-growth, mission-driven organization. This role is primarily focused on billing operations, including customer invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, billing dispute resolution, and revenue reconciliation. The remainder of the role supports core accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger activity, and month-end close. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure timely, accurate billing and financial operations while maintaining strong internal controls and scalable processes that support the company's growth.
