Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and a full service Day Spa and Hair Salon, Chahoya. We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Electrician. You will be part of our Maintenance Department that is made up of a variety of trade staff. The key duties and responsibilities of this position include: - Maintenance of exit and emergency lighting with 6 monthly testing and servicing; - Ensuring preventative maintenance is performed on all laundry and kitchen equipment; - RCD testing on all electrical switchboards; - Performing monthly generator servicing; - UPS testing and maintenance; - Repair and replacement of smoke alarm systems; - Attending to any resort after hour call outs as required.
