Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven, trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Intern to join the YAMI Korean Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our creator ecosystem across TikTok (TT), Instagram (IG), and YouTube (YT). While working in the Korean Marketing Team at YAMI, you will be deeply involved in identifying emerging talent, managing campaign lifecycles, and optimizing budgets to drive high-conversion results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Identification & Strategic Sourcing Creator Discovery: Research and identify emerging creators and high-potential influencers whose content style and audience align with YAMI’s target demographics. Database Management: Build and maintain detailed talent shortlists and "always-on" creator pools for upcoming brand campaigns and long-term partnership opportunities. Casting Strategy: Develop and refine influencer casting criteria based on specific campaign goals, ensuring every partner aligns with YAMI’s business objectives and brand voice. 2.
