Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Representative plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the Capital Vacations product by verifying Owner and purchase information, reviewing contracts ethically, and ensuring new Owners leave with confidence in their purchase. This position also helps protect the company from misrepresentations and supports sales teams in maintaining compliance and guest satisfaction.
