Company Description Elara builds software for maintenance teams. Cloud-based, mobile-first, built for people who spend their days looking after equipment, machines, and buildings and have been working with Excel, paper, or WhatsApp. We started in 2020 with the vision of Zero Asset Downtime, became part of the BEUMER Group in 2025, and have been profitable since November 2025. Six people, office in Berlin-Charlottenburg, and currently growing in sales, product, and engineering. Job Description: We are replacing legacy tools in a market that has been underserved by modern software for decades. Our product is live, customers use it daily, and the feedback loop between what they need and what we build is short. What we need is someone who improves the product, faster, and easier to sell. You work directly with the CTO. The team is small, which means your decisions shape the product immediately. There is no layer between you and the impact your code has on customers.
