Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Main Office location: Lawrence, MA - Service Area: Methuen, MA - Job Type: Full-time - Schedule: Monday – Friday - Initiate appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Conduct initial assessments of patients and families to determine home care needs. - Perform thorough physical assessments and gather comprehensive medical histories. - Develop and revise individualized plans of care based on patient status and evolving needs. - Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams to create robust Plans of Care for each patient. -...
