Job description

The Repairs Administrator will play a crucial role in facilitating the repair process by issuing MRA (Material Return Authorization) numbers to customers for returning devices, coordinating repairs with technicians and manufacturing teams, issuing repair quotes and invoices, and maintaining the daily RIG board. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers and following up to ensure their satisfaction. - MRA Issuance: Generate and assign MRA numbers to customers requesting device repairs, ensuring accurate documentation of devices, issues, and customer details. - Repair Coordination: Collaborate closely with repair technicians and manufacturing teams to schedule and prioritize repairs based on MRA numbers. Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards. - Quote and Invoicing: Prepare repair quotes based on evaluation results and share them with customers.
