Role Description: We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support and lead components of strategic planning, change management, operational improvement, and workforce development engagements. In this mid‑level position, you will work directly with utility leaders, contribute meaningful insights, and support the delivery of high‑impact solutions that enhance organizational performance and culture.
