Job description

Description The University of New Haven invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access, and Belonging. The VP DEIA-B will be the organizational leader for enhancing and formalizing a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging within the university community across all aspects of education, programs, services, and employment opportunities at the university; as well as creating an expansive and far-reaching vision and strategic plan to ensure its implementation. Working with faculty, staff, students and the senior leadership team, the VP DEIA-B will motivate and galvanize the campus community to create an inclusive environment, bringing subject matter expertise as well as the ability to educate, advise, and inspire the wider university community.
