About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced social care manager to lead 7-bed short breaks services, supporting adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and/or Autism. We are a care provider, regulated by the Care Quality Commission and responsible for the effective delivery of high-quality personal care and support. We are seeking someone who can provide strong, visible leadership and can take forward the ongoing development and delivery of our services.
