We are seeking a AI Engineer to join our team for a highly innovative machine learning/AI project within a leading company in the industrial and automation sector , based in Bologna , aimed at improving maintenance activities on machines operating at customer sites through advanced ML and AI solutions. Location: full-remote: Main responsibilities: Understanding use cases presented by domain experts and translating them into statistical and AI problems. Developing appropriate solutions (coded in Python) that meet production-grade requirements. Implementing MLOps practices using open-source tools, efficient coding standards, and enterprise-level platforms. Validating results on machine-related domains in collaboration with subject-matter experts. Promoting working solutions to the production environment (API encapsulation).
