As a Solutions Engineer , you are the technical bridge between our product’s capabilities and our customers’ business needs. Reporting to the Head of Presales , you will act as a high-level Individual Contributor, supporting the entire sales and success ecosystem. Whether it’s a high-stakes discovery call with a new lead or a technical roadblock threatening an existing partnership, you are the expert who steps in to provide clarity, security assurance, and architectural guidance. Key Responsibilities 🎯: 1. Technical Sales Support (New Business) Collaborative Discovery: Partner with Sales teams across all segments to identify technical requirements, security needs, and integration possibilities early in the cycle. Custom Technical Demonstrations: Lead deep-dive sessions on APIs, Webhooks, and Data Flows , showing exactly how Factorial fits into a client’s existing tech stack.
