Job Title Client Accountant Job Description Summary Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Accountant to join our team in Ireland. This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong accounting controls across a portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client reporting, financial analysis, and audit processes while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare client reporting on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis across various asset types Produce monthly Trial Balance (TB) reporting packs, including preparation and posting of journal entries Prepare quarterly and year-end management company accounts and liaise with auditors Perform bank reconciliations: Liaise with clients, tenants, property managers, and internal accounts teams as required Support external auditors with service charge audits and complete audit schedules Maintain accurate and well-organised financial records and documentation Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, including Budget vs Actual analysis Manage remittance of rent to prop...
