Department: 37498 Regional Wellness LLC - Kernersville Fitness Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Various shifts Sunday - Saturday including holidays Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 What You'll Need: - High School Diploma or GED General Studies Required - CPR Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Lifeguard and/ or Certified Pool Operator Certification Preferred Skills/Qualifications: - Responsible for daily monitoring and general maintenance of all pools/aquatic areas of the Center, this includes cleaning of all areas. - Provides supervision of all the members and guests in the aquatic areas. - Monitors and upholds all safety rules and regulations of the aquatics area are being followed by members and guests. - Effectively promotes a positive work environment while at work and outside the facility. Demonstrates a high level of teamwork, cooperation, and respect for co-workers. - Adheres to established department/hospital policies and procedures. Maintains competencies in all related areas.
