About the Role: The Director, Professional Distributor Sales – EMEA is responsible for the commercial strategy and execution across the professional channel in EMEA. Reporting to the SVP of International, this role will drive revenue growth, elevate OLAPLEX’s brand presence, and strengthen distributor and partner relationships across diverse and dynamic markets. This is a hybrid role working out of the OLAPLEX UK office. With oversight of multiple markets and a growing sales team, the Director will develop region-specific strategies, ensure high-impact execution of launches and campaigns, and localize global priorities to meet regional business needs.
