Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages in the dietary department. - Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. - Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food production and service. - Provide help to residents with mealtime needs, including feeding and drinking assistance. - Work effectively with the food service team to ensure efficient and timely meal delivery. - Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service to residents and staff - Participate in kitchen activities, such as food production and cleaning, as needed. - Follow dietary guidelines and special requests to ensure resident satisfaction and health.
