Job Description Summary The Senior Engineer – Fleet Management Baker Hughes plays a strategic and execution-focused role on a small cross-functional team representing GE Vernova in its partnership with Baker Hughes and in support of HDGT end users in the oil and gas industry. Baker Hughes, formerly GE Oil & Gas / Nuovo Pignone, is a critical distribution and service channel for GE Vernova in this market. Success in this role requires balancing technical depth, commercial awareness, and strong cross-functional influence to deliver win-win-win outcomes for GE Vernova, Baker Hughes, and the end user. This position is intended for a senior engineering professional who can operate effectively at both the strategic and operational levels. You will serve as a key interface between Baker Hughes and GE Vernova, coordinating across Engineering, Product Line Management, Project Management, Commercial/Sales, Services, and other functions to align priorities, resolve complex issues, protect GE Vernova’s interests, and lead the execution of technical support for Baker Hughes.
