Job Description: As the Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis , you will lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance insight function across the Qantas Loyalty portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Finance – Planning & Performance, the role is central to delivering disciplined forecasting, high‑quality analysis and clear performance narratives that support effective senior leadership decision‑making in a large, complex and consumer‑centric environment. The Finance Manager will provide leadership and governance over the monthly forecasting process, ensuring timely, accurate and commercially robust outlooks that reflect underlying business performance and key drivers. Through strong partnership with Finance Business Partner leads and senior stakeholders, the role will challenge assumptions, improve forecast accuracy and strengthen performance accountability across the business, enabling more informed and forward‑looking decisions.
