The Aviation Supervisor of Janitorial Services is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations within an airport facility. This role ensures that all janitorial services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with airport regulations. The supervisor leads a team of janitorial staff, coordinates daily tasks, and liaises with airport management to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for passengers and staff. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 1+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in a campus, aviation, warehouse or large facility environment. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and safety guidelines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
