In this role, you’ll work closely with People Leaders and employees to provide practical, trusted HR advice and support that helps deliver strong outcomes for our people and the Bank. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that partners across the organisation, supporting leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams while navigating a range of people matters with confidence. About the Role: This role will report to the HR People Partner supporting our corporate teams and will work closely with all functions across the People Team to create an employee experience that enables the RBA to attract and retain outstanding talent.
