Schedule: - Full‑time (40 hours/week) - Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Location: Schwarz Cancer Center 11645 Illinois Street Carmel, IN 46032 Clinic Staffing: - Currently 1 MA supporting the entire clinic - Ideal for a highly reliable MA who enjoys being a key contributor Key Responsibilities: - Room patients and collect vitals - Assist with in‑office procedures - Maintain inventory par levels - Manage linen and medical supplies - Support daily clinic flow in a small‑team environment Team & Culture: - Tight‑knit, collaborative team - Best suited for someone who is flexible, independent, and comfortable working closely with a small group Department Highlights: - Multispecialty outpatient clinic within the Schwarz Cancer Center Service lines include: - Neurology - Cardio‑Oncology - Genetics - Pain Management - Gynecology Benefits: Under the supervision of the designated supervisor and assigned physician, performs duties associated with direct patient care and clinical direction to provide patient care given in accordance with the organization standards.
