ABOUT THE ROLE: Peloton is seeking a proactive and collaborative Director of Operations Program Management (OPM) to guide the execution of strategic operations programs. This role is essential for enabling operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated history in operations management, inclusive leadership skills, and experience executing complex programs within a fast-paced environment. This role involves some travel to ensure global alignment and partnership.
