This role includes seating guests, presenting menus, and ensuring each interaction is friendly, timely, and aligned with our hospitality standards. Licensing Requirements: Valid Food Handlers Certification Duties & Responsibilities: Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant When immediate seating is unavailable, record guest names and party sizes accurately Provide guests with estimated waiting time Notify guests by calling out their name and party size when tables become available Answer phone calls professionally, following hospitality standards Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible Seat guest based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations Upon seating guests, present menus and inform them of their assigned server’s name.
